What is the 28 Day Kickstart?

Our 28 Day Kickstart is designed to give you a full introduction to our Ladies Only Group Personal Training Program with no obligation to continue at the end. We just want you to see how our community and program can fit into your life. Most women love it so much they stay on with us, but there’s no pressure at all.

I'm a beginner, is this subtable for me?

Absolutely! We meet you where you're at and go from your starting point working step by step together.

What is Group Personal Training?

Group Personal Training is a more affordable way to work with a Personal Trainer than One To One. Making it easier to access, and offers more people the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost.

Is it really Ladies Only?

Yes! Our studio is a completely private Ladies Only facility. Our sessions are designed for women in midlife and we are the ONLY facility in the area that specialises in working specifically with women navigating Perimenopause and Menopause.

What kind of workouts do you do?

Working with women in midlife, the main focus of our workouts are a combination of Strength and Conditioning to help combat the physical and emotional effects of Menopause, helping to keep you strong, mobile, fit and confident for as long as possible.

What time are the sessions?

You can view our current weekly timetable here. We have 16 weekly sessions available that can fit conveniently around your schedule and you can book up to 3 Group Personal Training sessions per week.
