1. Ladies Group sessions are to be booked on our online booking system TeamUp. 2. Cancellation of sessions must be done before the 12-hour cut off point, prior to the start time of the session. Any session cancellations after this point will be lost. Sessions cannot be rolled over to the following week. 3. Due to the limited number of spaces available, this is a non-refundable payment. If you do need to cancel, your trial will be placed on hold for up to 6 months from the date of cancellation. 4. Your Trial will expire after 28 days. To continue you will need to purchase one of our memberships, you can do this by speaking to a member of staff. 5. Any emails/messages will be replied to within office hours, if the matter is urgent, please title the message “Urgent” and we will endeavour to get back to you sooner.
